I’m Simon, the face behind Liquet’af. As a kid, I was always interested in hospitality and everything related to restaurants. When I was 15 years old, I started working as a waiter in a restaurant — that’s when the real spark ignited.

With every opportunity that came my way, I seized it to learn more about food and hospitality. Over the last two years, I’ve gained valuable experience in fine dining restaurants. I saw an opportunity to create a truly exciting and booming business in private dining.

And that’s how Liquet’af was born.
